Beating.
Breathing.
Gasping.

Twisting in the night,
the right words mixing like
the poison with the
familiar.

Back arching high above sheets
laced with chloroform,
reforming thoughts before deep,
deep,
deep sleep.

Waking to the sound of cars
searing the asphalt.
Speeding past an open window
where blood and musky aromas lie.

I knew you would come.
Countless nights were spent anxious.
Waiting.
Wanting.

No was not an option.

Leather up and gone
like a fair-weather friend.

I like this one...

it has a sort of eerie tone to it and it is actually rather sexy.

hope to see more from you
