The time is now, it's all very clear.
I know the reaper is so very near.

I waited this moment for so very long.
Now is the time to be brave and strong.

It got cold, it grew very dark.
This was no walk in the park.

There it stood, tall and pale.
My life ending like a fairy tale.

No one around, no one to care.
All I did was lay there and stare.

I was alone, as I once thought.
No one around that can be bought.

I was dying and on my way.
What was there left to say?

I was ready to leave this poor life.
My body ached like the jab of a knife.

It reached out, ready to take me.
Exactly as it was meant to be.

I say goodbye to you all.
I don't care if you all fall.

You never cared, why start now?
All you need now is take a bow.

I am gone, soon long forgotten.
Far from a life all ripe and rotten.
