Sometimes I think you're real,
Yet I know you're just a dream.
A figment of my imagination,
the yearning of my lonely heart.
There are times when I can feel you,
Caressing my cheek,
Kissing my lips,
Touching my breasts.
Yet, when I turn to see you,
there is no one there.
When you are gone I weep,
because once again, my heart is lonely.
My soul is empty.
I am left longing for my dream lover.
