I lay here on the clan clothes on my bed and dream
Of you and me, walking hand in hand
I don't know or car what you look like
I just know you fit with me
My hand fits in yours, just as our lips mesh so well
Your embrace is everything I need and want
Yet I know I can survive without you
I can survive, but is that living?
My life has just been shattered around me
I want you here by my side to hold
I am holding it together all by myself
But I would rather not be alone
Where are you, love, searching elsewhere?
Or have you given up hope of finding me
Anywhere beyond our dreams?
I dream of you so often
Sometimes I wake up and want to hate you
For not being here beside me
Then I dream of your hand in mine.
