When the waves lap at your feet feel the warmth rise up to greet
Soft and gentle words and deeds
Drift along like floating seeds
Roll your body in the foam
Let your mind and soul to roam
When you feel the water rise
Let it wash your body clean
Flood your mind with softest light
Washing out the pain and stress
Leaving soul warm and blessed
Wrap you body in the light soft as from a candles flame
