Come and get it baby,
soak my soul with sweet scent
as you cleanse the world.
Re-create my world
with your lust,
launch waves
upon the shore
where the last barriers
will crash and mingle
among drifted debris. Drag
the wreckage away
and leave white sands
where rain will wash
those sordid tomes
and we will lay
upon the earth
with only fingertips to touch
until night falls
and our wanton ways
weave moonlit trails
from beach to cave
where rains will reach
no more.

Nice reading.

This has a smooth flow to it. And for the most part, the language is not overdone. From the short time I have been here, I think your writing shows genuine progress, and pretty quickly.

Some fun at the shore imagery.
