What is the lure
Of the whore and the goddess?
Why do men search
For a nun who’ll give head?
Isn’t it said that
A man’s true desire
Is a lady on his arm
And a whore in his bed?

This strange obsession
With different personas
Is not restricted
To mankind alone
Women can also
Get bored with their lovers
Want for a change
A new sigh, a new moan

This situation is
Peculiarly human
No other creature
Makes sex such a game
When they have sex
It is just to make babies
The way they have sex
Always stays the same

Is this duality
That humans feel
A part of the reason
We think we’re so strong?
Or are we like Rome
In its days of decay?
Are we as a species
Soon to be gone?
