She loves me
She doesnt mind
She's mine
She, my Beloved

one drop
drips into
my ego

one strand
falls out
of my scalp

As this process of
balding
takes over my head

She loves me
She doesnt mind
She's mine
She, my Beloved

*giggling*

this is so cute! My uncle started going bald in high school, he grew a beard to compensate. He's also almost seven feet tall, and married to a wonderful woman who is not even quite five feet tall - your poem reminded me of them and how happy they have been all these years.

I enjoyed the simplicity

My son started shaving his head in his early twenties. I enjoy men without hair. No I am not saying I enjoy my son.

I love that man.

nice little poem

I like it. I guess because of my sense of humor, I was waiting for kind of a punchline ending.
