for just a moment
her beauty relinquished
as shadows encase the milky glimmer
of lunar magnetic pull.

eyes beholding
beneath a blanket of twinkle
stand breathless
waiting praise
as darkness bows in exhaltation.

obscure such moment of surrender
silent disenchantment
bleeds into soul
in wait of another blink
for love to capture moonbeams.
