She was dressed in iridescent blue Swallow tails.
Underneath it all, where my fingers sought,
adorations blessed ecru gentled mounts.
She asked, "Do you want me to undo it?"

At that instant,
to the patter of beating wings,
affections descended as we nested
until the very light was out.
