Love's a lady with long, silken locks,
hate is the monster that jumps out and shocks.

Friendly is conversations, without attitude,
Nasty is meanness, just flat out rude!

Trouble is spelled with a capital 'T.'
Avoidance is trying hard not to see...

Rejection's a door, slammed in your face,
impatience is waiting to begin the race.

Happiness is a close cousin to joy,
lifting spirits, and doesn't annoy.

Denial is a river, both wide and deep,
into which suspision and depression often creep.

Worry is a thief, robbing you of sleep,
memories are treasures, that you keep.

Fun is a spirit that shines with light,
tenderness is gentle, while holding you tight.

Sorrow engulfs, makes heavy the heart,
regrets come later, not at the start.

Lonliness is a drifter, a shadow, a fog,
confussion wraps your mind in a bog.

Wonder opens eyes and the senses,
solitude's a place without boundries or fences.

Guilt is the shadow that darkens your eyes,
sometimes following, the teller of lies.

Honesty is goodness, it's right and it's fair,
Giving is willing, with others, to share.

No matter is the color, age or race,
what matter's are emotions,
read on your face...
