And so Jack would eat no far
as he lived upon Desolations Peak
where mosquito's wings beat with
dramatic stillness
andeverysecondof70daysrollforsolongit
passes by in a blurr

And there I sat in the Eternal City
monumental vanity vying for attention
the life of 3000 years in 12 weeks
drawn out as timeless

car horns drown out the mosquitos

so why must sunsets be
MAD ORANGE FOOLS RAGING
when pools of light scream
loudly enough?
