She liked to play with broken things.
They made her feel alive.
She lived her life within the light, but in the dark she thrived.
Her thoughts would ebb and flow to places evil, vile and cruel.
Her dreams would push her deeper until only morbid thoughts could rule.

She liked to make believe in things.
She longed for unrestrained.
Her innocence was countered by the filth inside her brain.
She often drifted far away.
Her wretched mind would reel.
From all the sounds and sights and tastes she made believe were real.
