Passing through the iris,
to see what is not seen,
calming the mind
in pungent moorings.
Two converge into focus and
witness a single thought
in echos of bedrock.
Morning doves coo
breaking stream
for a tiger pausing
by the rivers of blue.
A faint breeze
murmurs a gusty grin.
