lots of very little in a space of me
tugging at the ring in my center of gravity
you dance swiveling motions i never miss
and blinking my eyes accept your eyes' kiss
slides of maybe playing to the sounds of before
on the wall i erected when you walked in the door.

my heart is so fickle but cannot go back
dizzy in the sound of the love i lack
so many times i've felt love end
but when i chanced upon you i felt it mend.

As has been mentioned a couple times on the PFD, this is a really good poet — who else would mock her own writing with that sort title unless she was good and knew it?
