I want to peer into your depths
See the passion as I enter your essence
I want to watch your eyes widen as I go deep
Struggle to stay open as this stroke gets good to you
Let's connect as we connect
I want your pupils to solidify everything your body is expressing
Let the passion release in tear form if need be
Let your rivers over flow with passion
Your body attracted me
Now allow the lenses of your soul to captivate me
Don't you dare shut your blinders
I know I'm deep
I see you biting your lip
Don't take your eyes off of me
Study my facial expressions
Make mental notes
How do I look when I'm close
You see me biting my bottom lip?
Are my deep brown eyes telling you my version of our story?
Let our eyes meet so I know this connection is real
I'm going to be completely honest here: this sounds like something I'd probably be told. Several times, in fact.
I have a difficult time maintaining eye contact just in everyday situations, so I can imagine someone telling me this at least twice in THAT situation.
This was a beautiful poem, though. As always, you speak with your heart.
Thank you.
