It's time to put the past to rest,
allow the pains to subside.

What's been done has been done,
those wrongs will never be righted.

The memories will fade out day by day,
layed out the way they are is the way things shall stay.

From all those who made you a fool,
or helped you up when you were face down in pool.

To the stupid mistakes and ill-conceived plans,
the blind decisions that made you who you are.

Regret nothing, point the finger when deserved,
and only look forward consistantly.

Cherish what you have,
forget what was had, it's gone, let go.
