The gleam in your eyes swirls heat to my core.

I long to hold you near,
mixing the sheen of our damp skin,
hearing a girlish giggle tease the dawn,
and flicking wisps of hair from sanguine eyes--
the eyes of complex need,
of forged steel,
rippling shivers down my spine,
meshing us as one,
filled with the peace of morning glory.

Best line:

hearing a girlish giggle tease the dawn,

Despite

"the eyes of complex need,

of forged steel,"

the insertions

eyes of steel is rather trite
