With every morsel, every bite
Of every dish that's served by me
I harvest with the jawbone of an ass

I serve the melons whole
While I peel the potatoes and
Carrots and listen for the
Sound of your horse

I marvel the great distance you
So graciously and unselfishly rode
Hence, I take pleasure in
Your company before you travel on.

Author's note: This isn't my best song, so I invite all who don't care for my work to read only the last word from every line.
