Dancer, dancer extraordinaire
Pretty child, full of grace
On tip-toes in the Garden of Life
She leads them all a merry chase

Tomorrow bleak and dangerous
Forget it now and swallow the pill
Smoldering kisses in perfumed nights
Don’t stop until you’ve had your fill

A tasty morsel
A blind eye
Don’t forget
You’re only mortal
Don’t forget
You still can die

Popular princess in denim and lace
Naive glances from suggestive eyes
Street smart grit and worldly way
Yet willingly you believe the lies

Always sought, in high demand
She dances from crest to crest
A wave of glamour, a wave of sin
She lives a life she does not possess

Cannot foretell
The last good-bye
Don’t forget
You’re only mortal
Don’t forget
You still can die

~~

A teaser, a temptress, she'll lead you on until you're no longer fun then watch with delight as your world of love crumbles.
