A scream is heard
Through a storm of ash
Midnight blues fill with tears..
This heartbreak fallin fast.

Her heart lay open
She falls to her knees
Tender moist eyes turn to heaven
Parted salty lips beg " Please.. "

Pain engulfs her form
Bittersweet love calling out
Inside her now is the storm
Her disbelief calling out doubt

This cannot be happening
Not to me, her wild eyes sing
And even as it's muttered, his death bell rings
Sobs wracking her as to his graveside herself she brings

Fate brought him to her side
For the time they had, he was her world
She was his princess, his pride
For her only, did his true love unfurl

It wrapped her warmly in it's light
With such true love once blessed
Until the time he was to take flight
Then fate stole him away, as if it knew best

Now alone she stands
Forever will he be in her heart
Time may flee like grains of sand
But he is with her, never again to part.
