I felt so alone, lonely and bored
Then all of a sudden, I heard a noise,
That could not be ignored.

I was so curious, excited and happy
That I no longer felt lonely.
A shadow winked at me out of nowhere
A glamorous, yet intimidating stare.

Blindfolded by the strange apparition
Tied back in a strange position.
I feel nothing, nothing at all,
But saying 'Yes, Sir' on his call.

Painful pleasure splitting on my back
All I can hear is whips smack.
Chains are clanking behind,
The feeling this gives me is really unkind.

My master is treating me like no one has ever did before,
I don't know if I can take this anymore.
Broken promises, fake illusions,
I'm lost on the island of confusions.

Why don't I feel the pain no more,
When this wasn't even that hardcore.
One last gaze, I find myself,
Collapsed onto the ground
I can't move - my feet are bound.

I feel like I'm going to drown
In this empty alley of this empty town.
I'm all alone with this ghostly state of mind
All I want to say now is, 'rewind, rewind, rewind.'

Reply to erectus123

I used 'no more' instead of 'anymore' because I didn't want to use repetition, as I have used 'anymore' already in the previous stanza, in the second line :)

good rhyme

although "Why don't I feel the pain no more," is a bit jarring , why not say "any more"? but perhaps you have reason?
