Days and Nights go by,
time sure does fly,
seems like yesteryear,
My dreams touched the sky.
The world can be mean,
dreary and dull it may seem,
to no extent do I search,
the one I sat with at Church,
you heard me laugh, you heard me cry,
I dare not think you'll ever die.
I hold you close to my heart,
the day I was born, until we part.
You watched me sleep, You saw me rise,
Endless love I saw in your eyes.
We are a family, in so many ways,
As my parents you have my praise,
Without you both I would have no life,
I never would've met my wife.
