Flesh: An Endless Moment

Sweet whispers in my ear,
Lips giving homage to rounded flesh,
Desire singing through my veins
Electric anticipation in the air.

My hands tremble
Brushing across eager flesh
Taut, engorged and straining
A thick and vivid reminder of life.

Lips meeting, tongues twining,
Panting with urgent voices
Flesh uniting at last
Sweet surrender as he enters me.

Quivering, shuddering, writhing,
We dance together, steps older than time
My hair fanned out on the pillow, a vivid flame,
His falls around us, a wheat gold curtain.

Rising and falling,
Together we meet our bliss,
He holds me close
An endless moment.

Endless...

are your images of the erotic in this poem. My favorite, "My hair fanned out on the pillow, a vivid flame, His falls around us,a wheat gold curtain". I have always had a penchant for men with long, blonde hair, too. <smile>

An endless thank you for "An Endless Moment", Amber.
