I am skin hungry,
Walking along a razor blade of desire,
And bleeding out excess,
Even as my gluttony,
Fills me afresh.

Standing on the blades tip,
dancing along barbed wire,
Feeling the shame of my desires,
Knowing the agony,
Of being consumed by my fire.

Hearing the muted whispers of your voice,
Flinching at the sweet screams of the soul,
Inviting devastation to take its toll.
When only you,
Could hope to make me whole.

I give this, my torment,
Finely tuned with blood and pain,
As suffering exquisite must reign,
Built high to Heaven's gates,
With naught but love to gain.
