Flowers And You In Mind
These days I gather flowers with the thought
Of bringing you fine flora just to show
How well they bloom once cared for; I have sought
A beauty so intrinsic, it will glow;
It hints that loveliness can now compare
With all the natural wonders I'd acquire,
In hopes that you will note and be aware
That, when you blush, you magnify desire;
It makes me want to use you through the night,
And whisper names as I enjoy your all,
And, with such repetition, I'll requite
The knowledge that your names are mine to call:
Perfumed by all the heady blooms I find
And gather up, with your blushes in mind.
