You carress my submission
and i fly...
i spread my wings
and soar
i dance with the wind
kiss the clouds
and soar in my submission

Eyes snapped open wide
freedom invading my nostrils
Free.
above all my fears
and insecurities.
im free.

i lose wind
and spiral downward
only to grasp the edge of a steely cliff
feet from the darkness
where my fears and all things
that want to claw me open bleeding lay.

then i hear Your voice
"its ok, baby"
You wrap Your arms around me
and carry me on Your wings.

Flying me home
knowing that in time
You'll help me fly once again.

i will fly again.
