Fond Reminiscences

I thought of him today,
All boyish charm
Soft seducing words
Passion thinly veiled by clouded eyes

We knew each other on sight
Two souls reaching our in the darkness,
Both lost and a bit misunderstood
The need was mutual.

Once he came to me,
Sweet mead and sweeter kisses
Passed our lips, sighs and moans
Filling the night

He was so beautiful
Stormy eyes and silk soft hair
The color of ripening hay
Body taut, lean and eager, thick with desire

Our joining was tender
Yet so fierce and hard
Filled like never before
I knew what it was to be whole, to be understood

I gazed up at him with wide blue eyes
From my place on my knees
Lips wrapped around him,
His head thrown back with pleasure

It could not come to pass
He and I, we were bound to others
We both knew pain and loss in the end
At least he found his happiness

I thought of him today,
Sweet memories of what had been,
Love found unexpectedly in the night,
May we both find joy.
