It’s not enough to think of you or dream of you.
My heart aches and only you can cure it.
My eyes sad and only you can heal them.
It’s not enough to know that soon we’ll be
When now the loneliness is almost more than I can bear
And still I have to carry on for you are there, waiting.
I miss you.
How can two people come to be one in such a way
Leaving me so all alone when you are gone,
My thoughts so sad and blue, so lonely without you.
When morning comes the daylight keeps me warm
And I can exist for one more day without your arms about me
But how cruel the fates that keep us still apart.
I miss you.
Miss me too, my love, and know that I am here always missing you.
