It is for your heart that I dance with words,
If only to melt thy cares and have you swoon
Ever happily for a poor wordsmith as I.

Oh to fete you as my dearest Juliet,
Happily teasing and seducing you,
With whispers of gay abandon,
And promise

Then to secret thy lovely form to a field,
To lay you in wildflowers would turn them green, with envy at your beauty

In that sunlit grove,
My heart drums with yours,
As I would dare bare our love,
To the warming star above.

Our breathing would deepen
As one with the sighing breeze,
Our eyes would meet with the hunger ,
Of nature’s lust for itself

Two magic bodies would melt,
Glowing embers of passion,
Bathed in a dappled meadow
Of gold, pinks and greens

Your sighs would quicken,
Thy translucent flesh become rosy,
Under careful ministrations,
In unison with your delighted response

In your somnolent heat,
You would throw all cares,
And abandon to our loving passion

I would feel thy radiant hair,
Glinting in my eyes,
As you bring yourself over me,
Your smile lighting the afternoon,
Soaked in unsated desire

Our loins would meet,
Magic orbs lifted to my eyes
And my parched mouth.
I bury my burning face
To give you tender joy,
With every breath of my being

Consumed in the depths of love,
We are but sprites,
Delighting in the moment.

You drink my strength unleashed,
Yet both tender and strong.
I lose my soul to your lavish nurturing,
Set a-fire with the radiance of your heart

In our throes of endless love,
I roar all-powerful,
You give yourself to ecstasy
As a maiden taken by her true love.

Climbing to our soaring peak,
We flame and cry
And sigh.
We drink of the power that only love can give,
To slump spent in a laughing caress
To rekindle the fire once more.
