Days turning to nights
Here I sit in the moon light
Watching as the rain falls
Listening as the wind calls
Seeing how the shadows dance
Them fading with a glance
I think of you on nights like these
Feeling the breeze
Move across my body remembering the shivers
That you could create, Oh how I remember
How I long for you
And the love I thought was true
I never knew
I was a piece in a game
I don't know if I will ever be the same
I loved, I lost
I paid the ultimate cost
With my heart shattered
I know now I never really mattered
So here I sit in the darkness Forever torn and Tattered.
