Beneath this brightness
Upon my face
Lies a silence
And a deadly shade
Engraved upon my existence.

I walk this wilderness
Lost and lonely
Finding a destination
Where my memories fade
Leaving me behind.

My entire life
Circles around this darkness
The hint of grief and pain
Of which my words are made
Narrating my downfall.

I want to be consumed
By this darkness around me
No one will remember
Where my grave laid
Forgotten by everyone.
