That movie about Jesus made so much money
I thought it was Lethal Weapon 5, but it wasn't funny
Next time I should read what the movie is about
It did give me some thoughts and little bit of doubt
Is he the Messiah?
I just don't know
I'll give Gibson credit, he did put on a hell of a show
I am more concerned today about my country's distress
Freedoms taken and the FCC making a huge mess
Gays should be let to marry, why would I care?
If they lived with a ring or had a life to share
Why is the radio being taken away from me?
The government is wrong they need to let things be
There is War, disease and famine and we worry about Stern?
I think the President and Congress have much to learn
Stop mixing religion and politics in my life
I choose my faith and I'll pick my wife
I'm not gay nor am I a religious man
Jesus is a movie and a book, but freedom is a plan
Other faiths worship differently if you didn't know
Those who don't like freedom should be made to go
I'm sick of the my rights washing away each damn day
If you don't like something, ignore it, don't take it away
Here I am writing a bad poem to speak my mind
That is freedom folks, try it sometime
