In the pursuit of a path by night can be said
Tis a treacherous and loneliest of an adventure to make
However with another along makes it rather bearable to move ahead
But to have more choose to join you dispite what it may take
Brings a sense of deep kinship in which I long for.

This unusual group so far numbers four, two women and two men
Each having a unique purpose to be along on this quest it seems
Thourne moves amid the women as a protective figure when
Charon moves in the foliage above while bathed in moonbeams
Yet still this group must travel on at least a day more

I must go onward and beseech of a Leech by the light of the full moon
To take from my womb, the creature that would turn most vile
Sonja, a mortal goes with me thru the night, the truth she'll see soon
When she acknowledges by mind and sees my full vampiric smile
How subjective she is to the mood of her companion each night

So children of Blood when seeking your lustful moments of pleasure
Be thinking of what may become from this union you seek
For your mortal's life or the Immortality that you treasure
Could bring over your head consequences and tears to leak
For an Abomination would destroy Our way of life
