Frozen Frog



I came upon,
A frozen frog.
Like a statue,
He sat upon a log.

He could not see,
He could not smell.
And from my touch,
From the log he fell.

As he lie there,
So very still.
The rising sun,
Removed his chill.

But that precious warmth,
Came to late that day.
For it was winters chill,
That stole his life that day…BWL
