Fruit Salad

Mmm...
I'm hungry
For...
A fruit salad
Something sweet
Exciting
to surprise my tongue
Hmm...
Let's see...
Pineapples
Rigid...
Bumpy...
Prickly...
Sweet...
Reminds me of
Human Flesh...
What else...?
Strawberries
I kiss the tip of each one
I just can't help but nibble...
Melons
Oooh...
Watermelon's not substantial
Nothing to it
But cantelope
Heh, now we have something
Soft, subtle taste
Subtle, subtle, subtle
but oh, so sweet
Let's keep going...
Bananas
Can't live without them
My favorite part
Nice and ripe
Firm, but not to firm
And never mushy
Where's the knife...?
Chop, chop, chop
A rythmic masterpiece
Almost complete
Cherries
Tch...
They're spoiled
No matter
They'll do...
Excited
Almost done
Whipped Cream
Yes! Whipped Cream!
Rattle rattle...
Shake
Shake
Shake
First bit on the tongue
*Lick*
There
All Done
Isn't making fruit salad fun?

I read this piece;

it seems somewhat new ~

OMG - it's a newbie!

Welcome to Lit!

I liked your preparation

of a fine meal;

you describe it so well,

it left me ... ... ... hungry?
