I'm not going to read it
because I won't understand it anyway,
it's just a passing headline to me.
Not even that,
something that grabbed my eye
as I scrolled on by.
Could be written in gibberish
or Japanese, even though it tells me
spirits are lifted and to be optimistic.
So I'm not going to look at all,
well just a peek, but I was right
didn't understand a word.
Does anyone? I suppose some will
but not me, I shouldn't have looked,
I'm not optimistic at all
Just even more baffled and in a way
crestfallen, that this Dow Jones
has something I don't grasp.
