GALVESTON

We stole a night away so that we could enjoy each other
a desire to be alone and away for all others

I was your Lady and you were my Man
as we walked on the beach
arm in arm - hand in hand

Moisture in the air
The chill of my skin
the warmth of your body next to mine
your breath in my hair

The night we shared was spiritual
As our bodies came together - our souls met - we became one
Finally belonging to each other on the shores of Galveston
