Sweet apple grows from ancient gnarling bough
roots clothed in grasses uncut straight and tall,
drink deep within earth that's never seen the plough
sweet apple grows from ancient gnarling bough.
We sit beneath her shaded mossy branches now
awaiting summer sun to warm until the fall.
sweet apple grows from ancient gnarling bough
roots clothed in grasses uncut, straight and tall.

Charming

As are you, dearest. A lovely captured moment. I mentioned it in today's review, if you want to pop around. Thanks for sharing, leetle gerund whore.
