Ghost in the Shadows

I lie in bed at night dreaming of a ghost in the shadows.
He is a tall man with broad shoulders and piercing eyes.
He is all-powerful and mystical taking me night after night fulfilling all of his fantasies and desires.
His scent and his presence surround me.
He ties me to my bed leaving me no escape. I tremble at his touch.
No words are exchanged as he holds a glass to my lips and bids me to drink.
It is his own potion mixed with alcohol to cover the taste.
As this offered fluid slides down my throat. All of reality leaves my conscious mind.
I am his and his alone. My only thoughts, feelings and desires are for him.
By day I crave his soft caress, his warm breath on my neck.
Yet he leaves me alone in this hell I have created for myself.
And so I wait for an eternity for when he can be more than
Just a ghost in the shadows.
