Sitting quietly in gingham
Takes me upon long ago and far away
The gingham so large
Worn soft and worn long
A beautiful stolen gift
Soothes small imperfections
Running thru a hurried life
But allowing the madness the loud
Slowly subside into a beautiful
Safe warm abyss
Never quite far from this heart
