Not because I don't think there is anyone out there for me
Not because my heart has been damaged beyond repair
I gave up on love
Because I am in love with you
From the very beginning I have loved you
I knew it the moment when your happiness mattered more to me than my own
And you were, are, and will always be
My epic love of a lifetime
My once upon a time
My happily ever after
I give up on love
Because while I'll always love only you
You'll love another
And it will kill me just as literally as a knife to my heart
Before I die of love sickness
I will rip my still beating heart from my chest
Trying to rid myself of this love rot
And I'll just give up on love
