On June 12th 2016
You stole my heart
You have such a power
An attraction
I was drawn to you
Like a moth to flame

On September 4th
You broke me
It wasn't your intention
A goddess cant be held responsible for the actions of her subjects
That is why us mere mortals are told to never see a god in their true forms
Once was all it took to undo me

On November 8th
You put me back together
When I threw in the towel
You stood up tall
And handed it back to Me
Your strength then reminded me of why I should run
But everyday I cant help but come back for more
