Grow old with me
we'll make sense
out of the senseless of life
we'll live in our parallel universe
while the world spins
in it's crazy pace.

Grow old with me
we'll make suns
out of the rainy days
and rays of light
in the midst of the dark clouds

Grow old with me
and we'll watch
our hairs turn to grey
and our skins turn to brown paper bags
and though we lose all our teeth,
I'll always love to see you smile.

Grow old with me
while the beauty fades
and our arms grow frail,
love, believe that it's true
when I say I love only you.

Though the white lace may turn yellow
or not all promises are kept,
though many storms may pass,
and years go by so fast,
I'll always see the beauty in you
and our love built to last.

Though the suns
of our youth may set
along with the sight of our eyes,
let our hearts remain young
and the fire of love in our hearts
remain burning bright.
so we'll both see
that love's meant to be you and me.
