There's a small town highland Scottish Bobby,
With bright red hair and smile and in good health.
Acting lazy is his working hobby,
But he's wiley, and does his job with stealth!

Hamish Macbeth is the constable's name,
And he always helps the ones found in need.
His supervisor Blair can't stand his fame,
And would cut his throat, just to watch him bleed!

Hamish knows just how rotten Blair can be,
And Macbeth is a wiley red-haired fox.
He does what's necessary to stay free,
And all Blair's devious schemes just get boxed!

Hamish really cares for his blue-eyed dog,
The rascal reads his mind with his blue eyes.
He's even helped Macbeth out, in the bog,
And given lots of crooks a real surprise!

Macbeth loves being the small town Bobby,
There's no ambitions for a higher post.
He loves being lazy for a hobby,
And he enjoys acting the small town host!!
