A harvest moon tonight
I long to race naked
Through an ancient forest
Filled with old, howling souls
Bare my breasts to the evening
Branches grabbing at me
Like dragon's claws
Tearing me
Bringing blood to the surface of my skin
My hot, sweaty skin
Itches for revelry tonight
I want to dance with Pan
Drink with Druids
Not sit
Gazing longingly at the beckoning sky

On a beach on a night like this

Feverish with yearning

Praying reason will never return
