Heart Keeper
By: Many Feathers
You are indeed Heart Keeper,
No safer place could it ever be.
And though I hated leaving it,
You gave a piece of yours to me.
So now there's two hearts beating,
Though they sound as though they're one
And though you're there, and here am I
We share the setting of the sun.
We go to bed beneath the stars
And dream the future to unfold,
And share our thoughts of passions need
And of erotic secrets told.
We wake and hear the bird song,
Of waters running down the brook.
We smile inside at hearts now shared,
And know the miracle it took.
Your name now is Heart Keeper,
As all who know you soon will see.
For I am now a part of you,
And you a part of me.
