Her doctors wondered why she'd never called
since they were certain that she must have felt
that there was something coming but had stalled
her actions when she really should have yelled...
Too puzzled by the absence of her cries
they'd missed the disappointment in her eyes.

And deadly! She's no different from all the rest who "live" with disappointment daily.
