Singing is not the moon

That is silent

And cold

So very cold, like snow

Against the beating of our being

Loving is not the words

That inform or

Distract

Us from perception,

Brightness is the living of our flesh

Heaven is not a stranger

Somewhere else in the past

We also were as one

But more

So much more for us

Like a total comprehension of ourself,

Now.

Neither is our God an alien

Living lonely

In the clouds, in the stars, somewhere else,

But is LOVE, yes love,

Word, Nothing, Fire Flesh, Us, Clouds, Jesus, Man, Now:

Yes.

Love, that was a good one,

     Is that you purring?

     or

     Is that you crying?

     with

     tears flowing down your face?
