It's lonely here without you, just staring at the walls.
On the place beside me, morning's light so gently falls.
Mere seconds have descended since I saw your face.
Just one starry twinkling after our close embrace.
Heavy breathed and wanting we called each other's name.

In motion to some music only two lovers knew.
Drawn across the boundaries separating me from you.
Each inside the other, entwined around the same.
Innocent caresses passion did untame.
We climbed as one the precipice of mutual desire.

Pictured every detail from touch, to taste and sound.
That moment of fulfillment has quickly spiraled down.
No magic did you use today or slip out through the door.
Slumber's deepest wishes, a dream and nothing more.
It's lonely here without you, just staring at the walls.
